- Service Delivery: To generate AI follow-ups, compile sales summaries, organize pipelines, and export white-labeled quotations or invoices.
- Billing & Account Management: To process subscription payments (Starter, Professional, Business, Enterprise) and notify you of renewals, refunds (where applicable during trials), or billing failures.
- Customer Support: To diagnose bugs, investigate errors logged in your workspace, and resolve support requests.
- AI Integration: To provide lead scoring models, EXPECTED win chance calculations, sentiment analysis of callbacks, and expected monthly revenue forecasts.

FollowLeadly CRM as Data Controller: We act as a Data Controller only for your direct account information (your telephone number, verified email, subscription record, and billing logs).
7. Your Rights & Options
Depending on your geographic location, you may have specific statutory rights concerning your personal data:
- Right to Access: Request a complete copy of the personal data we store about your account.
- Right to Rectification: Edit your name, brand colors, email, or telephone association from your workspace settings page.
- Right to Erasure (De-registration): Request that we delete all your account details, lead logs, and quotation histories from our database.
- Data Portability: Export all lead records and metrics into structured CSV format from your dashboard.

8. Data Retention Policy
